Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the DStv Installer Bedfordview website and the services provided by Elite Innovation Group ("we", "us"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services & Quotes

Prices shown on our website are starting/indicative rates for the most common version of each job. A final, binding quote is always confirmed with you before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the scope of work changes once a technician is on-site.

Workmanship Guarantee

All installation and repair work carried out by us is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee covers faults arising from our workmanship; it does not cover equipment failure, misuse, or damage from external causes such as storms, power surges or third-party interference. Equipment supplied is covered separately by the relevant manufacturer's warranty.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.

Limitation of Liability
